As much or as little as you want. Live sessions run during market hours, but everything is recorded and the course library is always available. A lot of members start with an hour a day and build from there.
No specific broker, and you can learn everything before you risk a dollar. We always teach risk first, and we never suggest trading money you can't afford to lose.
