01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellar Prosperity website, Discord community, courses, live sessions, and related content and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Stellar Prosperity ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Description of the Service

The Service provides educational content only, including trading courses, live trading sessions, daily market reviews, weekly outlooks, and access to a members-only community hosted on Discord. All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. The Service does not include the management of any account, the execution of any trade on your behalf, or any personalized investment recommendation.

03Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence (18 or 19 in most jurisdictions) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

04Membership Access & Conduct

Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the Service for the duration of your active subscription. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your access, login, or any course material to non-members;
• Record, copy, reproduce, or republish live sessions or course content without our written consent;
• Harass, abuse, spam, or solicit other members;
• Post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content in the community;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend access for any violation.

05Membership, Billing & Renewal

Memberships are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the prices listed on our Pricing section. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change with notice for future billing periods. Cancellation, renewal, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06Intellectual Property

All content we provide — including courses, videos, session recordings, written materials, branding, and the website itself — is owned by or licensed to Stellar Prosperity and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your membership does not transfer any ownership. You may use the content solely for your own personal education.

07No Financial Advice

Stellar Prosperity is not a registered investment dealer, adviser, or portfolio manager and does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any trading strategy. See our full Risk Disclosure & Educational Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.

08Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational outcome or financial result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Prosperity and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar Prosperity and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

10Termination

You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the community. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
