01Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time. To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account or billing portal, or email us at contact@stellarprosperity.com before your next renewal date. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

02Access After You Cancel

When you cancel, you keep access to the community and content until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your Discord access and membership benefits end. We do not pro-rate or partially refund the remaining days of a period that has already been paid.

03Refunds

Because membership provides immediate access to digital educational content — including courses, live sessions, and a private community — payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and for periods where you did not actively participate.

We believe in fairness. If you experienced a genuine problem — such as being charged in error, a duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevented access — contact us within 7 days of the charge at contact@stellarprosperity.com and we will review your situation in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

04Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed as a single upfront payment covering twelve (12) months at a discounted rate. You may cancel an annual membership to stop future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid twelve-month term. The upfront annual payment is non-refundable except as described in Section 03 or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

05Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed.

06Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, including British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
